At Companion for Life, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats, or grooming products cannot be returned unless defective.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened consumable products (food, supplements, treats)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and your order details.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll investigate promptly.
