Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Express shipping is available with delivery in 2–3 business days. Processing time (1–2 business days) is separate from shipping time.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track My Order page for more information.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. Please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page. Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you return instructions within 2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We carry products for a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small pets such as rabbits, hamsters, and guinea pigs.
Are your products safe for my specific pet?
All products are selected with animal safety in mind. Always follow the usage instructions on the product label. If you have concerns about a specific product for your pet, please contact us before purchasing.
