Hemianthus Callitrichoides (aka Dwarf Baby Tears) or simply HC Cuba, is a perfect foreground plant known for its ability to spread quickly and producing thick carpets of green foliage giving your aquarium a neat, attractive appearance.
Beautiful, green coloration will nicely offset any neutral toned substrate, and can grow either submerged or emersed.
Moderate to hard difficulty - Medium to high light along with CO2 is required. It can be quite difficult to grow lush, thick carpets for sustained periods of time without Co2, and fertilization is recommended.
How to plant - Ships rooted in wool in a 2” pot which should be removed prior to planting. Gently squeeze the pot, peel back the wool, and rinse. Because of its tiny roots, a dry start may help anchor the plant to the substrate prior to flooding your tank.
