We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at csnmj3919@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
• Perishable goods such as pet food, live feeder insects, or fresh produce
• Opened or used nutritional supplements, vitamins, or health products
• Custom or personalized products
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
• Products that have been used or are not in their original condition
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at csnmj3919@gmail.com.
